1.3. This Agreement is between the Company and the individual using the Game (the “User”, “you” or “your”).
1.4. This Agreement applies only to the Android version of Reprobates with package identifier com.TwoSevenTwoStudio.Reprobates distributed by the Company through Google Play.
1.5. Please read this Agreement before using the Game. By selecting the acceptance button, where provided, or by starting to use the Game after being given an opportunity to read this Agreement, you accept its terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1.6. If you do not agree to these terms, do not start using the Game. If you have already purchased paid content or use the Game under a previously granted license, Section 15 concerning existing users and mandatory provisions of applicable law also apply.
1.7. Our processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy: : [
Privacy Policy].
Reading or acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not replace separate consent to processing where such consent is required.
2 Age and legal representatives2.1. The Game is intended for users aged 16 or older. A higher age threshold applies where required by the law of your country or by regional store restrictions.
2.2. If you meet the applicable age threshold but do not have full legal capacity under applicable law, use the Game with the consent of a parent, guardian or other legal representative where required.
2.3. Your legal representative must review the terms governing use, purchases and data processing and provide any necessary permissions before the relevant activities take place.
2.4. Purchases by minors are permitted only with any consent required by law and authorization from the payment method holder.
2.5. A store age rating describes the Game’s content. It does not replace legal requirements governing contracts with minors or the processing of their data.
3 License to use the Game3.1. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3.2. The license applies in territories where the Game is lawfully available for the duration of your lawful use, subject to the termination provisions of this Agreement.
3.3. You may install the Game on compatible devices that you own or lawfully use, subject to the distribution platform’s rules and the access rights you have acquired.
3.4. This Agreement does not transfer intellectual property rights in the Game, its source code, graphics, music, text, characters, trademarks or other protected elements to you.
3.5. Third-party components remain the property of their respective rights holders. Where a component is supplied under a separate license, including an open-source license, that license applies to the component. This Agreement does not restrict rights expressly granted by such a license.
4 Devices and availability4.1. You need a compatible device to use the Game. Current technical requirements are provided on the distribution platform or in the description of the relevant version.
4.2. Certain features, including purchases, advertising, retrieving cloud saves and transmitting data to services, require an Internet connection. Available offline features depend on the installed version.
4.3. You are responsible for Internet and communication charges, including roaming charges, under your agreement with your provider.
4.4. The Company may release updates, fix errors, adjust game balance and develop features. Changes affecting previously purchased content or your material rights will be made in accordance with applicable law.
4.5. The Company does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of communication networks, stores or third-party services. This does not exclude any liability imposed on the Company by law.
4.6. The Company may send local and push notifications about gameplay, in-game events, updates, service matters and offers, where supported by the installed version. Notifications are subject to device permissions, your notification preferences and any separate consent required by law for promotional messages. You may disable notifications in Android settings and, where available, in the Game. Accepting this Agreement does not replace any required permission or consent.
5 Progress and cloud saves5.1. The Game may save progress on your device and use Unity Cloud Save for cloud storage.
5.2. In the implementation prepared for the new Android version, cloud saves are read when the Game starts and uploaded when you issue the relevant command through the Game’s settings.
5.3. Progress that has not been uploaded may be absent from the latest cloud save. Uninstalling the Game, clearing device data, losing access to the identifier used or a device malfunction may affect access to locally stored progress.
5.4. The existence of a cloud save does not by itself guarantee that progress can be restored on any device. Restoration depends on the availability of the relevant feature, the player identification method and the ability to access the save.
5.5. If you experience a problem with progress or purchased content, contact the Company. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or payment verification codes.
5.6. Compatible Android versions may offer sign-in through Google Play Games Services to identify the player and provide access to linked game features and saves. Availability depends on the version, account settings and service availability. Data processing for sign-in is described in the Privacy Policy; the Company does not receive your Google account password.
5.7. Deleting or resetting a game save is separate from deleting your game profile and associated personal data. A control for deleting progress does not by itself delete your Unity Authentication profile, data held by analytics or diagnostic services, or other associated records. To request deletion of your game profile and associated personal data, email info@two7two.com as described in Section 11 of the Privacy Policy. Deleting game data does not delete your Google account or automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
6 Free and paid features6.1. The Game’s core features are provided free of charge. Additional paid features, in-game products and subscriptions may be offered.
6.2. The specific offer, price, currency, duration, restrictions and material terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
6.3. Payment is optional except where a particular additional feature is expressly identified as paid. You do not gain access to paid content without purchasing it.
6.4. Purchases in the Game distributed through Google Play are processed through Google Play. Another payment method applies only where permitted by law and Google Play’s rules and expressly identified for the particular offer.
6.5. The Company does not ask you to enter payment card details directly in the Game. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider.
6.6. If paid content is not provided or a purchase error occurs, contact the Company with the product name, purchase date and order identifier if needed for verification. Refund rights are determined by law, the purchase terms and the relevant platform’s rules.
7 In-game products and random items7.1. Where the Game offers virtual currency, items, characters, upgrades or other digital features, you acquire the right to use them within the Game as described in the relevant offer.
7.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these objects are not money and are not intended for circulation outside the Game, transfer to other users or exchange for money. This does not limit any statutory right to a refund.
7.3. Conditions of consumption and any limited validity period of a digital product are disclosed before purchase. Consumable products may cease to be available after they have been used as intended.
7.4. If a purchase provides random virtual items, the probabilities of receiving them are disclosed before purchase in the relevant interface. Conditions may differ between offers.
7.5. The Company may adjust game balance and the parameters of free content. Changes to paid products must not arbitrarily deprive you of previously acquired rights contrary to law or the purchase terms.
7.6. In the event of a payment reversal, confirmed refund or established fraud, access to the relevant product may be adjusted to the extent necessary to address the consequences of that transaction.
8 Subscriptions and free trials8.1. If a subscription is offered, its content, price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms and any free trial conditions are disclosed before you subscribe.
8.2. An automatically renewing subscription continues for the next period unless you cancel it through the required procedure before the relevant renewal.
8.3. If an offer converts from a free trial to a paid subscription, the billing start date, amount and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm the offer.
8.4. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed and cancelled in the relevant Google Play account using Google Play’s subscription controls.
https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions8.5. Uninstalling the Game does not by itself cancel a subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription using the platform’s cancellation mechanism.
8.6. The effects of cancellation, the remaining access period and refund eligibility are determined by applicable law, the offer terms and the platform’s rules.
8.7. Changes to the price or material terms of an existing subscription will be introduced with any notice and consent required by law or platform rules.
9 Advertising9.1. The Game provides for advertising monetization. Advertising features depend on the installed version, region, age and privacy settings.
9.2. We use Google AdMob and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) for in-game advertising. Their availability and data processing depend on the installed version, region and privacy settings. Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
9.3. Depending on implementation, advertising may include display advertisements, advertisements between gameplay activities and rewarded advertisements.
9.4. Where an in-game reward is offered for viewing an advertisement, its conditions are shown before viewing starts. If a technical failure occurs, you may contact support for investigation.
9.5. Advertisers determine the content of advertised products and services. Visiting a third-party resource or purchasing a third-party offer is also governed by that third party’s terms.
9.6. Advertising services are operated by their respective providers under their own terms. The Company is responsible for its own acts and applicable obligations when integrating advertisements and disclosing data. Liability for providers’ independent acts is subject to Section 14.5 and applicable law.
9.7. Consent to personalized advertising is requested separately where required. Accepting this Agreement does not by itself constitute such consent.
10 Acceptable use10.1. When using the Game, you must not:
(a) violate the law or the rights of others;
(b) interfere with the Game, servers, payment mechanisms or security measures;
(c) use malware, fraudulent payments or unlawfully obtained data, or exploit errors to obtain paid content unlawfully;
(d) sell, transfer, rent or sublicense access to the Game or its protected components without the appropriate authorization;
(e) copy or distribute protected material beyond what is permitted by law, this Agreement or a separate license;
(f) reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise examine the software where those activities are prohibited by applicable law and are not permitted by the relevant license;

10.2. These restrictions do not limit activities expressly permitted by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
11 Intellectual property and third-party components11.1. The Company owns or lawfully uses the rights in the Game and its original elements. Third-party software, libraries, music and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective rights holders.
11.2. Use of services from Google, Unity, Liftoff or other providers does not grant you rights in their technology, trademarks or materials beyond the permissions they provide.
11.3. The list of third-party components, applicable licenses and required notices must correspond to the version of the Game actually used. You may request information at info@two7two.com.
11.4. If you believe that the Game infringes your intellectual property rights, send a description of the protected work, details of the rights holder, identification of the disputed material, evidence of your authority and contact details for a response.
12 Changes to this Agreement12.1. The Company may amend this Agreement in connection with changes to the Game, applicable law or the terms on which services are provided.
12.2. A revised version will be published with its effective date. The Company will notify you of material changes through the Game or another available channel before they apply where advance notice is required by law.
12.3. Where a change requires your separate consent, the Company will obtain that consent before applying the relevant terms.
12.4. Changes will not apply retroactively to extinguish accrued claims or reduce acquired rights unless permitted by law and a valid agreement with you.
13 Access restrictions and termination13.1. You may stop using the Game at any time. A subscription must be cancelled separately.
13.2. The Company may temporarily restrict access where there are reasonable indications of fraud, a security threat, a material breach of this Agreement or a need to comply with the law.
13.3. A restriction must be proportionate to the violation. Where possible without creating additional risks, you will be given an explanation and an opportunity to remedy the violation.
13.4. If you disagree with a restriction, contact info@two7two.com.
13.5. If the Game or a paid feature is discontinued, the Company will comply with applicable requirements concerning notice, fulfillment of paid obligations and refunds.
14 Warranties and liability14.1. The Game is provided with the functionality described for the relevant version. Technical errors, maintenance and temporary unavailability of individual features may occur.
14.2. The Company does not promise particular gameplay results, permanent compatibility with every device or that all free features will remain unchanged.
14.3. You are responsible for unlawful activities when using the Game to the extent provided by law.
14.4. The Company’s liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes mandatory guarantees concerning the quality of digital products, consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14.5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for independent acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of their services. This does not exclude liability for the Company’s own violations or responsibilities concerning processors it engages or integrated SDKs that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15 Existing users and change of publisher15.1. The Game may previously have been distributed by Freeplay. This Agreement governs the terms on which the Company provides the Game.
15.2. A change of publisher, transfer of the Game to another Google Play account and publication of this Agreement do not by themselves terminate licenses previously lawfully granted to users.
15.3. Previously acquired access rights, paid products and active subscriptions will be respected in accordance with the relevant purchase terms and applicable law.
15.4. New terms apply to subsequent use in accordance with the law and terms properly communicated to you. They do not retroactively extinguish existing rights or claims.
15.5. Contact the Company if you experience a problem with a purchase from an earlier period. Verification or refund of particular orders may require cooperation with the original seller account or the platform.
16 Governing law and disputes16.1. The law applicable to this Agreement is determined by the applicable conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this Agreement deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.
16.2. Before bringing court proceedings, you may contact info@two7two.com, describing the circumstances, your request and information needed for a response.
16.3. The Company will consider your request within the period required by applicable law. Contacting the Company does not restrict your right to judicial or other remedies provided by law.
16.4. Disputes will be heard by a court or other competent authority under the applicable jurisdiction rules. This Agreement does not impose exclusive jurisdiction in United States courts or a waiver of collective remedies provided by law.
17 General provisions and contact details17.1. If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain effective unless otherwise required by law or the nature of this Agreement.
17.2. A transfer of the Company’s rights and obligations to another person will comply with the law and any required notices and consents. It must not deprive you of mandatory legal protection.
